Where can I find my final grade?

If you take a FITTskills course online through FITT or through one of our Delivery Partner institutions, your mark will be posted on your Student Account in the secure student-section of the FITT website. Simply log in using your FITT ID and password. If you take a FITT-accredited course at one of our Accredited Partner institutions, you’ll be able to access the marks for your FITT assessments the same way, but will need to consult your instructor for information on how to find your final grade for the courses you took at that institution.

What if I fail my FITTskills assessment?

You are eligible to re-write a failed FITTskills assessment within 90 days of the original exam date. There is no limit to the number of times an assessment can be re-written. However, each re-write must take place within 90 days of the previous re-written assessment, and there is a fee of $100 plus applicable taxes per re-write. You can request to re-take an assessment by filling out an Assessment Registration Form.

Can I get an extension on my FITTskills course or workshop deadline?

Yes. You can receive up to three 30-day deferrals for a single course or workshop. Your first deferral for a specific course or workshop will be complimentary, and a second or third deferral for that same course will be $50 each. For your first complimentary deferral, please send an email to info@fitt.ca. For your second or third deferrals for a specific course or workshop, please use the Assessment Deferral Request form.

Can I order FITTskills international business textbooks without taking the courses?

Of course! Please send us an email to joan@fitt.ca to order hard copy textbooks, or use the available online order forms to order eBook copies. For more information on pricing or ordering, please visit our Textbooks & eBooks page.

FITTskills online courses come with eBooks, but can I also purchase hardcopy textbooks?

Yes, you can! To order a FITTskills textbook(s) in hardcopy just send us an email to joan@fitt.ca with your name, shipping address, telephone number, and the title of the textbook(s) you’d like to order. We’ll reply to confirm your order and complete the payment process. FITTskills hardcopy textbooks can be purchased using prepayment by credit card. FITT Seeking ISO Accreditation for CITP Designation

We are excited to announce that FITT will be applying for ISO 17024 Accreditation. Through this accreditation, FITT’s certified program – the CITP designation – is validated by an independent, unbiased accreditation body – the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) through the Standards Council of Canada. Learn more about ISO 17024 and changes in effect September 1, 2021.
